前兩天來了兩個台灣人 開門見山是要來跟我分享聖經 我表明了牧師的身分 他們還是依然要跟我分享聖經怎麼說 意思是：他們的教導是對的，我們的教導是錯的 我告訴他們我在台灣已經跟他們教會交談過多次 我表示各教派對聖經某些部分有不同的看法與解釋可以彼此尊重 他回答我：牧師你知道的，聖經只有一種解釋 意思是：他們的教導是對的，我們的教導是錯的 以這個經歷來看今天的經文 說真心話常常是得罪人的原因 當保羅看見滿城偶像就心裡著急 因此每日在會堂市集與人辯論 真心話聽在不接受的人的耳中真是難以接受 但不說真心話卻又違背了信仰的良知 這狀況常常使我們陷入兩難 保羅在這兩難之間還是選擇了說真心話 因為因著真理說真心話總比妥協來的好 不過我們是否可以學像保羅 以未識之神來解釋耶穌與復活的道 卻又不傷及彼此之間的和氣 這是需要求神給予智慧 不要把在真理沙灘上撿到的貝殼當成唯一的真理 因為我們只是站在真理的沙灘上撿拾貝殼的小孩 使徒行傳 17:16 保羅photo在雅典photosite等候他們的時候，看見滿城都是偶像，就心裡著急； Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry. wholly...: or, full of idols 17:17 於是在會堂photo裡與猶太site人和虔敬的人，並每日在市上所遇見的人，辯論。 Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him. 17:18 還有伊壁鳩魯和斯多亞兩門的學士，與他爭論。有的說：「這胡言亂語的要說甚麼？」有的說：「他似乎是傳說外邦鬼神的。」這話是因保羅傳講耶穌與復活的道。 Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him.
