對於法利賽人對保羅的控訴 似乎一切都來的毫無理由 而且無法證實所告之事 但保羅憑藉著對神的良心說誠實的話 卻無法改變法利賽人控告保羅的初衷 當你我面對不實的指控時 我們是否會面對環境的壓力而尋求妥協 或是憑藉著對神的良心 堅守你我在信仰上該有的教導 我相信 壓力的恐懼常常會使人在困境中向環境低頭 無愧的良心卻可以使人在困境中向上帝抬頭 耶和華是使你我抬起頭的神 即使無助地深埋在沙坑之中 我依然會因著仰望神而歡笑 使徒行傳 24:10 巡撫點頭叫保羅photo說話。他就說：「我知道你在這國裡斷事多年，所以我樂意為自己分訴。 And when the governor had beckoned unto him to speak, Paul answered, Forasmuch as I know that thou hast been of many years a judge unto this nation, I cheerfully make my defense: 24:11 你查問就可以知道，從我上耶路撒冷禮拜到今日不過有十二天。 Seeing that thou canst take knowledge that it is not more than twelve days since I went up to worship at Jerusalem: 24:12 他們並沒有看見我在殿裡，或是在會堂photo裡，或是在城裡，和人辯論，聳動眾人。 and neither in the temple did they find me disputing with any man or stirring up a crowd, nor in the synagogues, nor in the city. 24:13 他們現在所告我的事並不能對你證實了。 Neither can they prove to thee the things whereof they now accuse me. 24:14 但有一件事，我向你承認，就是他們所稱為異端的道，我正按著那道事奉我祖宗的　神，又信合乎律法的和先知書上一切所記載的， But this I confess unto thee, that after the Way which they call a sect, so serve I the God of our fathers, believing all things which are according to the law, and which are written in the prophets; 24:15 並且靠著　神，盼望死人，無論善惡，都要復活，就是他們自己也有這個盼望。 having hope toward God, which these also themselves look for, that there shall be a resurrection both of the just and unjust. 24:16 我因此自己勉勵，對　神對人，常存無虧的良心。 Herein I also exercise myself to have a conscience void of offence toward God and men always. 24:17 過了幾年，我帶著賙濟本國的捐項和供獻的物上去。 Now after some years I came to bring alms to my nation, and offerings: 24:18 正獻的時候，他們看見我在殿裡已經潔淨了，並沒有聚眾，也沒有吵嚷，惟有幾個從亞細亞site來的猶太site人。 amidst which they found me purified in the temple, with no crowd, nor yet with tumult: but [there were] certain Jews from Asia-- 24:19 他們若有告我的事，就應當到你面前來告我。 who ought to have been here before thee, and to make accusation, if they had aught against me. 24:20 即或不然，這些人若看出我站在公會前，有妄為的地方，他們自己也可以說明。 Or else let these men themselves say what wrong-doing they found when I stood before the council, 24:21 縱然有，也不過一句話，就是我站在他們中間大聲說：『我今日在你們面前受審，是為死人復活的道理。』」 except it be for this one voice, that I cried standing among them, Touching the resurrection of the dead I am called in question before you this day. 24:22 腓力斯本是詳細曉得這道，就支吾他們說：「且等千夫長呂西亞下來，我要審斷你們的事。」 But Felix, having more exact knowledge concerning the Way, deferred them, saying, When Lysias the chief captain shall come down, I will determine your matter. 24:23 於是吩咐百夫長看守保羅photo，並且寬待他，也不攔阻他的親友來供給他。 And he gave order to the centurion that he should be kept in charge, and should have indulgence; and not to forbid any of his friends to minister unto him.
