為了得著祝福不惜說謊的人生將要為其付出代價 因為母親的偏愛 使得雅各的人生要為其說謊付上一輩子的代價 雖然到最後因著雅各的醒悟 才使得他的人生反正 但這前半輩子為其謊言的逃難 卻是生命最大的苦難 你我說謊的原因不外乎要得著內心意圖的成就 但往往也因為如此使得許多美好的事物成為毀壞的果子 俗話說為了一句謊言要多說一百句謊言 正是這個道理 與其面對當下說一句謊話 倒不如在事發時誠實以對 你我不僅要對自己誠實 更要對神誠實 讓雅各的一生 成為你我的借鏡 才不至於因著一句謊言背上一輩子的苦難 或者在自己內心存著一輩子糾結的苦毒 對神誠實才會有祝福的人生 創世記 27:1 以撒年老，眼睛昏花，不能看見，就叫了他大兒子以掃來，說：「我兒。」以掃說：「我在這裡。」 When Isaac was old and his eyes were dim so that he could not see, he called Esau his older son, and said to him, "My son"; and he answered, "Here I am." 27:2 他說：「我如今老了，不知道那一天死。 He said, "Behold, I am old; I do not know the day of my death. 27:3 現在拿你的器械，就是箭囊和弓，往田野去為我打獵， Now then, take your weapons, your quiver and your bow, and go out to the field, and hunt game for me, 27:4 照我所愛的做成美味，拿來給我吃，使我在未死之先給你祝福。」 and prepare for me savory food, such as I love, and bring it to me that I may eat; that I may bless you before I die." 27:5 以撒對他兒子以掃說話，利百加也聽見了。以掃往田野去打獵，要得野味帶來。 Now Rebekah was listening when Isaac spoke to his son Esau. So when Esau went to the field to hunt for game and bring it, 27:6 利百加就對她兒子雅各說：「我聽見你父親對你哥哥以掃說： Rebekah said to her son Jacob, "I heard your father speak to your brother Esau, 27:7 『你去把野獸帶來，做成美味給我吃，我好在未死之先，在耶和華面前給你祝福。』 `Bring me game, and prepare for me savory food, that I may eat it, and bless you before the LORD before I die.' 27:8 現在，我兒，你要照著我所吩咐你的，聽從我的話。 Now therefore, my son, obey my word as I command you. 27:9 你到羊群裡去，給我拿兩隻肥山羊羔來，我便照你父親所愛的給他做成美味。 Go to the flock, and fetch me two good kids, that I may prepare from them savory food for your father, such as he loves; 27:10 你拿到你父親那裡給他吃，使他在未死之先給你祝福。」 and you shall bring it to your father to eat, so that he may bless you before he dies." 27:11 雅各對他母親利百加說：「我哥哥以掃渾身是有毛的，我身上是光滑的； But Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, "Behold, my brother Esau is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man. 27:12 倘若我父親摸著我，必以我為欺哄人的，我就招咒詛，不得祝福。」 Perhaps my father will feel me, and I shall seem to be mocking him, and bring a curse upon myself and not a blessing." 27:13 他母親對他說：「我兒，你招的咒詛歸到我身上；你只管聽我的話，去把羊羔給我拿來。」 His mother said to him, "Upon me be your curse, my son; only obey my word, and go, fetch them to me." 27:14 他便去拿來，交給他母親；他母親就照他父親所愛的做成美味。 So he went and took them and brought them to his mother; and his mother prepared savory food, such as his father loved. 27:15 利百加又把家裡所存大兒子以掃上好的衣服給她小兒子雅各穿上， Then Rebekah took the best garments of Esau her older son, which were with her in the house, and put them on Jacob her younger son; 27:16 又用山羊羔皮包在雅各的手上和頸項的光滑處， and the skins of the kids she put upon his hands and upon the smooth part of his neck; 27:17 就把所做的美味和餅交在她兒子雅各的手裡。 and she gave the savory food and the bread, which she had prepared, into the hand of her son Jacob. 27:18 雅各到他父親那裡說：「我父親！」他說：「我在這裡。我兒，你是誰？」 So he went in to his father, and said, "My father"; and he said, "Here I am; who are you, my son?" 27:19 雅各對他父親說：「我是你的長子以掃；我已照你所吩咐我的行了。請起來坐著，吃我的野味，好給我祝福。」 Jacob said to his father, "I am Esau your first-born. I have done as you told me; now sit up and eat of my game, that you may bless me." 27:20 以撒對他兒子說：「我兒，你如何找得這麼快呢？」他說：「因為耶和華─你的　神使我遇見好機會得著的。」 But Isaac said to his son, "How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son?" He answered, "Because the LORD your God granted me success." 27:21 以撒對雅各說：「我兒，你近前來，我摸摸你，知道你真是我的兒子以掃不是。」 Then Isaac said to Jacob, "Come near, that I may feel you, my son, to know whether you are really my son Esau or not." 27:22 雅各就挨近他父親以撒。以撒摸著他，說：「聲音是雅各的聲音，手卻是以掃的手。」 So Jacob went near to Isaac his father, who felt him and said, "The voice is Jacob's voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau." 27:23 以撒就辨不出他來；因為他手上有毛，像他哥哥以掃的手一樣，就給他祝福； And he did not recognize him, because his hands were hairy like his brother Esau's hands; so he blessed him.
