這張唱盤叫做“叛亂分子跟紅衣軍團之歌”是描述當年美國革命戰爭的史實，最特別的是它把每一場戰役用歌曲來表現，有點像是歌劇的做法，但卻是民謠的呈現；而最特別的是它的內頁有記載著歷史事件的文獻並附上十頁的彩圖，我特別把每一章內頁都PO上來跟大家分享，真的是製作精美，難怪網路售價偏高！我也找到兩個試聽載點，提供給大家參考！原來歷史是可以這樣呈現的。很讚！











Original 1972 bi-fold album from the National Geographic Society. Includes 10 page colorful pictures (see image) and written history of events of the American Revolutionary War. LP record- side 1: Fife & Drum medley, Fish & Tea, In Good Old Colony Days, Fare Thee Well You Sweethearts, The Yankee Privateer, One Morning in May, Billy Broke Locks, Barbara Allen, The Green Mountaineer, Yankee Doodle. Side 2: The Little Sergeant, The Ballad of Trenton, The Deserter, An American Frigate, A Parody of Banks of the Dee, The Ballad of Donald Monroe, The Girl I Left Behind Me, Marion's Men, Old Soldiers of the King, The World Turned Upside Down. Sleeve has all the lyrics to each song.
