但那不順從的猶太人聳動外邦人，叫他們心裡惱恨弟兄。

遙想當時
使徒所做的一切都在在地使法利賽人失去原本擁有的宗教地位
若說他們不順從的原因是因為使徒錯了
那麼還用不著動用到運作外邦人來成為攻擊使徒的武器
因為在教會中真理勝過一切，知曉的人一眼便能分辨
不過在此時人的關係似乎勝過真理
他們寧可犧牲真理也不願意順服
所以他們終究是在維護法利賽人過去所擁有的一切
而不是為了教會的未來

因此當他們看見教會中許多人相信了使徒
不只心中忌妒，更是怒火中燒
不只煽動教會中的猶太人
更是聳動外邦人，叫他們心裡惱恨弟兄

我們看見了他們
不只在教會中築起了抵擋真理的圍牆(影響了教會中的猶太人)
也在教會外築起了抵擋真理的圍牆(影響了教會外的外邦人)

這兩道牆的問題是
內牆使教會中的人灰心喪志
外牆使外邦人對教會極度反感
這終究是影響了教會的發展

但真理與福音不會在這兩道圍牆中受困
反而在別的地方開花結果

願上帝幫助你我
不是成為築圍牆的人
而是成為拆圍牆的人

真理與福音雖四面受困，但總會遍地開花，只要你我願意相信神的大能。



使徒行傳

14:1 二人在以哥念同進猶太人的會堂，在那裡講的，叫猶太人和希臘人信的很多。
And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.
14:2 但那不順從的猶太人聳動外邦人，叫他們心裡惱恨弟兄。
But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles, and made their minds evil affected against the brethren.
14:3 二人在那裡住了多日，倚靠主放膽講道；主藉他們的手施行神蹟奇事，證明他的恩道。
Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
14:4 城裡的眾人就分了黨，有附從猶太人的，有附從使徒的。
But the multitude of the city was divided: and part held with the Jews, and part with the apostles.
14:5 那時，外邦人和猶太人，並他們的官長，一齊擁上來，要凌辱使徒，用石頭打他們。
And when there was an assault made both of the Gentiles, and also of the Jews with their rulers, to use them despitefully, and to stone them,
14:6 使徒知道了，就逃往呂高尼的路司得、特庇兩個城和周圍地方去，
They were ware of it , and fled unto Lystra and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and unto the region that lieth round about:
14:7 在那裡傳福音。
And there they preached the gospel.
14:8 路司得城裡坐著一個兩腳無力的人，生來是瘸腿的，從來沒有走過。
And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked:
14:9 他聽保羅講道，保羅定睛看他，見他有信心，可得痊癒，
The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,
14:10 就大聲說：「你起來，兩腳站直！」那人就跳起來，而且行走。
Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.
14:11 眾人看見保羅所做的事，就用呂高尼的話大聲說：「有　神藉著人形降臨在我們中間了。」
And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men.
14:12 於是稱巴拿巴為宙斯，稱保羅為希耳米，因為他說話領首。
And they called Barnabas, Jupiter; and Paul, Mercurius, because he was the chief speaker.
14:13 有城外宙斯廟的祭司牽著牛，拿著花圈，來到門前，要同眾人向使徒獻祭。
Then the priest of Jupiter, which was before their city, brought oxen and garlands unto the gates, and would have done sacrifice with the people.
14:14 巴拿巴、保羅二使徒聽見，就撕開衣裳，跳進眾人中間，喊著說：
Which when the apostles, Barnabas and Paul, heard of , they rent their clothes, and ran in among the people, crying out,
14:15 「諸君，為甚麼做這事呢？我們也是人，性情和你們一樣。我們傳福音給你們，是叫你們離棄這些虛妄，歸向那創造天、地、海，和其中萬物的永生　神。
And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein:
14:16 他在從前的世代，任憑萬國各行其道；
Who in times past suffered all nations to walk in their own ways.
14:17 然而為自己未嘗不顯出證據來，就如常施恩惠，從天降雨，賞賜豐年，叫你們飲食飽足，滿心喜樂。」
Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
14:18 二人說了這些話，僅僅地攔住眾人不獻祭與他們。
And with these sayings scarce restrained they the people, that they had not done sacrifice unto them.
