當你的心走進了有問題的區域，你往往會強烈地專注於這情況，而對於我則是視而不見。
When your mind moves toward a problem area, you tend to focus on that situation so intensely that you lose sight of Me.



Approach problems with a light touch.

You pit yourself against the difficulty as if you had to conquer it immediately.

Your mind gears up for battle, and your body becomes tense and anxious.
Unless you achieve total victory, you feel defeated.

There is a better way.When a problem starts to overshadow your thoughts, bring this matter to Me.
Talk with Me about it and look at it in the Light of My Presence.
This puts some much-needed space between you and your concern, enabling you to see from My perspective.

You will be surprised at the results.
Sometimes you may even laugh at yourself for being so serious about somethings so insignificant.

You will always have Me with you, helping you to handle whatever you encounter.
Approach problems with a light touch by viewing them in My revealing Light.

當你的心走進了有問題的區域，你往往會強烈地專注於這情況，而對於我則是視而不見。
你讓自己對抗這困難就如同你會立刻戰勝它一般。

你的心為了戰鬥而蓄勢待發，你的身體變得緊張和焦慮。
除非你能達到全面的勝利，否則你會感覺自己被打敗了。

有一個更好的辦法。當一個問題開始時請忽略你的想法，並且將此事交給我。
與我交談關於這件事並且看看我光照這件事。
這讓你和你的關注之間多了一些非常需要的空間，使你可以從我的角度看到。

你會驚訝如此的結果。有時你甚至可能會笑自己怎麼會那麼認真地在一些微不足道的事上。

你將永遠有我與你同在，幫助你處理你的遭遇。
