「嫉妒」真是人的一大致命傷

因著嫉妒而產生了抱怨
因著抱怨而產生了憤怒
因著憤怒而產生了迫害

於是流言四起
只為一圓原本的嫉妒之心

於是迫害四起
只為想要鞏固自我的地位

作為基督徒的你我怎能不謹慎
心存嫉妒之心的將導致自己身受其害
後果真是難以想像

嫉妒的受害者不是他人而是自己
因此要常常提醒自己是否因著嫉妒而說了不該說的話

將嫉妒轉成真誠的讚美
自然會看見上帝的恩典


使徒行傳

17:1 保羅和西拉經過暗妃坡里photosite、亞波羅尼亞site，來到帖撒羅尼迦photosite，在那裡有猶太site人的會堂photo。
Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews:
17:2 保羅photo照他素常的規矩進去，一連三個安息日，本著聖經與他們辯論，
And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,
17:3 講解陳明基督必須受害，從死裡復活；又說：「我所傳與你們的這位耶穌就是基督。」
Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ. whom...: or, whom, said he, I preach
17:4 他們中間有些人聽了勸，就附從保羅photo和西拉，並有許多虔敬的希臘site人，尊貴的婦女也不少。
And some of them believed, and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the devout Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.
17:5 但那不信的猶太site人心裡嫉妒，招聚了些市井匪類，搭夥成群，聳動合城的人闖進耶孫的家，要將保羅、西拉帶到百姓那裡。
But the Jews which believed not, moved with envy, took unto them certain lewd fellows of the baser sort, and gathered a company, and set all the city on an uproar, and assaulted the house of Jason, and sought to bring them out to the people.
17:6 找不著他們，就把耶孫和幾個弟兄拉到地方官那裡，喊叫說：「那攪亂天下的也到這裡來了，
And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;
17:7 耶孫收留他們。這些人都違背凱撒的命令，說另有一個王耶穌。」
Whom Jason hath received: and these all do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one Jesus.
17:8 眾人和地方官聽見這話，就驚慌了；
And they troubled the people and the rulers of the city, when they heard these things.
17:9 於是取了耶孫和其餘之人的保狀，就釋放了他們。
And when they had taken security of Jason, and of the other, they let them go.
17:10 弟兄們隨即在夜間打發保羅photo和西拉往庇哩亞photosite去。二人到了，就進入猶太site人的會堂photo。
And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
17:11 這地方的人賢於帖撒羅尼迦photosite的人，甘心領受這道，天天考查聖經，要曉得這道是與不是。
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
17:12 所以他們中間多有相信的，又有希臘site尊貴的婦女，男子也不少。
Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.
17:13 但帖撒羅尼迦photosite的猶太site人知道保羅photo又在庇哩亞photosite傳　神的道，也就往那裡去，聳動攪擾眾人。
But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was preached of Paul at Berea, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.
17:14 當時弟兄們便打發保羅photo往海邊去，西拉和提摩太仍住在庇哩亞。
And then immediately the brethren sent away Paul to go as it were to the sea: but Silas and Timotheus abode there still.
17:15 送保羅photo的人帶他到了雅典photosite，既領了保羅photo的命，叫西拉和提摩太速速到他這裡來，就回去了。
And they that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens: and receiving a commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him with all speed, they departed.
