Bring your mind back to Me refreshment and renewal.




Relax in My healing Presence.
As you spend time with Me, you thoughts tend to jump ahead to today’s plans and problems.

Bring your mind back to Me refreshment and renewal.
Let the Light of My Presence soak into you, as you focus your thoughts on Me.

Thus I equip you to face whatever the day brings.
This sacrifice of time pleases Me and strengthens you.

Do not skimp on our time together.
Resist the clamor of tasks waiting to be done .
You have chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from you.

放鬆身心在我醫治的裡面 。
當你花時間與我同在，你的想法往往會直接跳躍到今天的計畫與問題。

將你的心思意念帶回到我的更新與重建之中。
讓我的臉光照耀你浸泡你，因為你專注於對於我的看法。

因此我裝備你能夠面對每一天。
我歡喜如此時間的犧牲更能夠使你堅強。

不要吝嗇於我們在一起的時間。
務要抵擋對於任務的喧嘩並等待它的完成。
你選擇了什麼是最好的，而它也不能將你帶走。



要尋求耶和華與他的能力，時常尋求他的面。(詩篇 105:4)
Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his presence continually! (Psalm 105:4)

她有一個妹子，名叫馬利亞，在耶穌腳前坐著聽他的道。馬大伺候的事多，心裡忙亂，就進前來，說：「主啊，我的妹子留下我一個人伺候，你不在意嗎？請吩咐她來幫助我。」耶穌回答說：「馬大！馬大！你為許多的事思慮煩擾，但是不可少的只有一件；馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福分，是不能奪去的。」(路加福音 10:39-42)
And she had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to his teaching. But Martha was distracted with much serving; and she went to him and said, "Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me." But the Lord answered her, "Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things; one thing is needful. Mary has chosen the good portion, which shall not be taken away from her." (Luke 10:39-42)
