不要被尚未解決的問題所拖累，因為我是你重擔的承擔者。
Do not be weighed down with problems and unresolved issues, for I am your burden-bearer.




Refresh yourself in the Peace of My Presence.
This Peace can be your portion at all times and in all circumstances.

Learn to hide in the secret of My Presence, even as you carry out your duties in the world.
I am both with you and within you.

I go before you to open up the way, and I also walk alongside you.
There could never be another companion as devoted as I am.

Because I am your constant Companion, there should be lightness to your step that is observable to others.
Do not be weighed down with problems and unresolved issues, for I am your burden-bearer.

In the world you have trials and distress, but don’t let them get you down.
In Me you may have confident Peace.

振作你自己在我存在的平安裡。
在任何時候任何情況下，這平安可以成為你的一部分。

了解隱藏在我存在的秘密，如同你在這世界上履行你的職責。
我與你同在也在你裡面。

我在你前面開到路，我也與你同行。
有可能你再也遇不到另一個同伴像我如此的專注。

因為我是你永遠的夥伴，能照亮你的前途並看見其他的腳步。
不要被尚未解決的問題所拖累，因為我是你重擔的承擔者。

在這世上你有考驗與困擾，但不要因此讓你失望。
在我裡面你可以對平安有信心。



敬畏你、投靠你的人，你為他們所積存的，在世人面前所施行的恩惠是何等大呢！你必把他們藏在你面前的隱密處，免得遇見人的計謀；你必暗暗地保守他們在亭子裡，免受口舌的爭鬧。(詩篇31:19-20)
O how abundant is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for those who fear thee, and wrought for those who take refuge in thee, in the sight of the sons of men! In the covert of thy presence thou hidest them from the plots of men; thou holdest them safe under thy shelter from the strife of tongues. (Psalm 31:19-20)
